Pad Thai
Pad Thai: Noodles & Company
This delicious dish consists of carmelized noodles with asian spice and everything nice ;) This meal is one of my favorite meals from Noodles & Company, as it's delicious and pretty nutritious with it's added veggies and low calories!

Chocolate Banana Pancakes
This is one of my favorite healthy pancakes I have ever made. This dish consists of oats, eggs, cocoa powder, and peanut butter! I topped mine off with blueberries, cashews, and coconut! DELICIOUS.
RECIPE:
*Blend 1/2 cup of oats to make oat flower
*In a bowl, combine oat flour, two eggs, cinnamon, 1/4 tsp of baking powder, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt!
*On a medium heated skillet, pour 1/4 of the mixture on and flip after bubbles form (repeat on other side)
*Add whatever toppings you like, and enjoy!

Avocado Egg Toast
Avocado egg toast will always be my go-to breakfast! I smother my avocado's on Dave's multigrain bread and top it off with "Everything but the Bagel Seasoning." What do you put on yours?

Nautica Bowls
Nautica Bowls is one of my favorite companies and post-workout meal! My bowl had bananas, coconut granola, acai, chocolate, and peanut butter! Definitely go check them out!
